I pride myself on being a people person and helping someone buy a property is down to communication. It does not matter if you are the property seller or buyer, understanding your needs is my job. Listed below are some key points that I will work with you on to help you find the right home or investment property and the services I can offer through Attree Real Estate to help you find your next property.

For Property Buyers

Establishing property requirements. As a part of the Attree Real Estate team, I would be very happy to assist in finding the right property for you. To actively help in this matter, I will firstly need to understand your property requirements, such as:

• property type
• location preferences
• property size; (4 x 2, 3 x 1, etc.)
• price range
• anything you do or don’t require.

Spreading the net. Most people think that real estate agents only have access to their own properties or that of other real estate agents from within their office. The truth is that real estate sales representatives from different companies will work together to maximise the exposure of the properties they have listed in the best interests of their sellers (the vendor) and if that means making a joint sale with another real estate agent, then so be it.

 I will match your requirements and perform the following:

• researching property from within our office
• use the Internet to find properties via industry websites, such as reiwa.com or realestate.com.au
• speak with other real estate sales representatives
• arrange appointments and property visits on your behalf.

Commitment and loyalty from you! The work I will undertake on your behalf to find properties that match your requirements, comes at no cost to you, but will require my time and commitment. In return I ask that you work solely with me and give honest feedback and guidance.

If you do see a property outside of the ones I show you, please let me know before you approach any other real estate agent, because if you approach them directly I can no longer act on your behalf for that property.

Other services. It also stands to reason that if I am helping you find a property, then if I can assist in selling your current home, the co-ordination of the sale and purchase is kept in house by the Attree Real Estate sales team, saving you time and effort in trying to deal with different real estate agents, etc.
