For Sellers
Agree a marketing strategy. I will work with you to put in place a marketing strategy to help sell your property. This will include:
- regular home opens
- home open listing in The Sunday Times
- full colour photo online listing on REIWA.com and REALESTATE.com.au websites
- highly visible Attree for sale board
- colour flyers
- flyer displayed in the Attree shop window
- details distributed to all Attree Real Estate sales representatives
- full colour brochures*
- online virtual tours*
- internal photos on for sale board*
* These are optional extras and will be discussed when signing the sale agreement and marketing plan.
Setting the right price. One of the most important decisions to be made when selling your property is setting the price correctly and one of the most common reasons properties fail to sell.
I will conduct a market appraisal, based on evidence from:
- data sources, for example, rpdata
- recent advertisements
- recent sales negotiated by the Attree Real Estate office
- sales made by other agents ; and/or
- any valuation from a registered valuer
Marketing the right features. Along with price, this is one of the main reasons why a property might not sell.
It is critical that we identify what are the strong points that will attract a buyer and market the property in such a way, that these features set your property apart from the others on the market.
Updates and feedback. During the sales process, I and Attree Real Estate will keep you fully informed about any progress on your property sale and discuss with you the response to home opens and potential buyers feedback.
This feedback allows a sales and marketing strategy to evolve and will increase the chances of bringing a sale to a successful conclusion.
Maximising market exposure. This is achieved by the Attree Real Estate team working together. Every Attree Real Estate sales representative goes through all new listings, so all our sales reps will be familiar with your property and instead of just myself promoting your property, you will have many actively working to sell your property.
